Qualifications
Must be available to work Saturdays. At least 1 year of experience as a drop bury technician. Must be able to operate machinery, including trenching and boring equipment for buryng Fiber. Valid drivers license needed. Must have a truck or van that can pull a trailer loaded with a drop bury machine and equipment.
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable 1099 contractor, this position supports our customers to bury and bore underground coax or fiber drop cables to single-family, multi-family, and or commercial customers. This is accomplished using specialized trenching and boring machinery for situations involving sidewalks, driveways, streets, and hand placement using hand tools where necessary. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with this work.
Preferred (but not necessary) experience performing drop burials, sidewalk bores, and driveway bores (fiber splicing experience is a plus)
Experience repairing irrigation and dog fences
The ability to learn quickly and self-manage different situations that may arise
