Job Description
Tech Network Inc. (TNI) is a leading telecommunications services provider supporting major MSOs across the United States. We are currently seeking **motivated and experienced Cable & Fiber Technicians** to join our growing team. Technicians will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of broadband, video, and voice services in residential and commercial environments.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Install, troubleshoot, and repair **cable and fiber services** including internet, video, and voice.
* Perform **residential and commercial installations** in accordance with company and client standards.
* Run and terminate **coaxial and fiber optic cables**, including proper grounding and bonding.
* Test signal levels and troubleshoot service issues using appropriate testing equipment.
* Educate customers on installed services and ensure a positive customer experience.
* Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition.
* Accurately complete all required work orders, documentation, and system updates.
* Follow all **safety guidelines and operational procedures**.
**Qualifications**
* Experience as a **Cable Technician, Broadband Technician, or Fiber Technician** preferred.
* Knowledge of **HFC networks, FTTH installations, and fiber troubleshooting**.
* Ability to run drops, install outlets, modems, routers, and set-top boxes.
* Familiarity with signal meters, fiber testing equipment, and hand tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
* Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
**Preferred Experience**
* Experience working with **major MSOs (Optimum, Comcast, Spectrum, etc.)**
* Fiber splicing or fiber troubleshooting experience
* Previous contractor or telecom field experience
