Pay
$1250 weekly Additional Benefits: Vehicle allowance/Fuel Card
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in buried fiber-optic construction, with emphasis on HDD cable placements, Strong ability to read and interpret construction prints, permits, and work orders,Current or prior crew lead or supervisory experience is required. .Demonstrated ability to apply organizational practices to resolve moderately complex field issues.Capable of working with independent judgment on large-scale projects with minimal supervision.
Other Requirements
Professional, courteous, and able to work effectively with diverse teams. Reliable transportation (pickup required). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver’s license; must be drug-free. Fluent English required; Spanish proficiency is a plus
Job Description
• Supervise multiple crews across various locations to ensure adherence to quality standards and construction best practices.
• Conduct quality inspections of contractor work and promptly address any safety concerns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer updates and provide daily progress reports for each crew.
• Manage invoices, coordinate payment processing, oversee change orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Order materials as needed and address customer questions or concerns.
• Track project timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Attend customer meetings and interface with state and local authorities when required.
