PROJECT OVERVIEW
We are currently expanding a large-scale telecommunications underground fiber installation project, with 700,000+ feet already in active production.
Materials are fully stocked. Routes are clearly marked. Work is ready for immediate deployment.
Our organization supports 100+ active crews operating across multiple states, maintaining a proven record of on-time payments with zero payment issues. We prioritize professionalism, production, and long-term partnerships.
This opportunity is ideal for established crews seeking consistent footage, reliable management, and uninterrupted workflow.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (Per Foot)
• Phoenix, AZ: $8.50
• Casa Grande, AZ: $8.50
• Prescott Valley, AZ: $9.50
Payout Terms: Net 15 following supervisor inspection and approval.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS BY LOCATION
Prescott Valley
• JT40 drill or larger required
Phoenix
• All drill sizes accepted
• Missile crews welcome
Casa Grande
• All drill sizes accepted
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualified subcontractors must meet the following standards:
• Minimum 2 years of underground drilling experience
• Ability to operate in a professional, production-driven environment
• Demonstrated craftsmanship, quality control, and safety compliance
• Vac trailer required for utility exposure
• Valid COI and NDA required
• Crews must supply all tools, equipment, and personnel
• Daily footage must include:
• Box installation
• Complete restoration by end of day
• Ability to maintain consistent daily production output
