Qualifications
Experience and/or knowledge installing, repairing, or maintaining fiber optic, low-voltage or similar cabling systems. Ability to read and follow work orders. Proficient with hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, high quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, including explaining work being performed and addressing basic questions.
Other Requirements
Physically able to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in varied environments. Valid driver's license and a clean, reliable and presentable work vehicle. Basic computer or mobile device skills for documentation and communication. Dependable, professional, and safety minded. Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.

SOW: FTTH Installs
Must provide proof of Insurance for General Liability, Auto, and Workers' Compensation.
Pay Schedule: Net 21 and weekly after meeting the Net date.
Qualified applicants will receive our tool list and rate card once approved to move forward with hiring.
Training:
Hands-On and On-The-Job_ Training will be provided to ensure quality and safety standards are met. All installers, regardless of experience level are required to complete our in-house training program. Installers are expected to complete training and demonstrate consistent, acceptable workmanship.
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
Completing FTTH installs efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards.
Showing up on time, prepared, and ready to work each day.
Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and project contacts.
Maintaining clean, organized work areas and representing the company well.
Accurately completing required documentation and reporting.
Taking pride in workmanship and consistently delivering reliable results.
Payment & Process:
We maintain clear work scopes, documented approvals, and a consistent payment process to ensure installers are paid accurately and on time.
