Who We’re Looking For:
Directional drilling crews with proven experience in conduit placement for underground fiber. Crews must be fully insured, equipped, and ready to mobilize when projects are released.
Minimum Requirements:
-Proven underground fiber experience (FTTH / FTTP)
-Directional drilling / boring with conduit installation
-Experience with handholes, vaults, service drops, and restoration
-Ability to read prints/as-builts and follow safety standards
-Fully insured with valid COI (meets prime contractor requirements)
-Fully equipped crews (drills, support equipment, vehicles)
-Ability to work in one or more of the listed states
