Qualifications
We are seeking experienced fiber technicians for residential work. Requirements: Proven experience in residential fiber I&R and installations. Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills. This role is intended for technicians who can perform independently with minimal supervision.
Other Requirements
28’ ladder with hooks. Complete fiber tool set and required safety equipment. Reliable truck or van with valid registration and insurance.

Scope of Work:
Residential fiber installs and service calls
Work performed to client specifications and quality standards
Clear expectations, accurate coding, and consistent communication
Contractors receive a weekly reverse invoice detailing all completed work for full transparency.
