Starts

Start Date is as soon as possible. Active Crimshield Certificate holders are a 48 hour transfer from approval. New submissions are 7-14 day background clearance. Tech ID's are 3-5days issued after schedule received.

Pay

Rate Card issued upon request with proof of Active COI. Current Truck Revenue is 375+ per day.

Qualifications

must have coax experience and mechanical fiber splicing experience. must be able to climb ladders and run fiber as required by the MSO. Experience: Spectrum experience is highly preferred. Training: Entry-level candidates must have the ability to complete rigorous field training before launching.

Other Requirements

Vehicle: A reliable truck or van equipped with a professionally installed ladder rack. Ladders: 28ft to 32ft extension ladders. Mobile Device: Samsung Galaxy S23fe or newer (required for internal software/syncing). Technical Meters: * Viavi Meter with MP60 attachment for fiber uploads OR * VeEx Meter. If you do not currently own a meter, phone, or MP60 attachment, we offer the option to purchase these through the company. Must be able to relay clear messages between dispatch and the customer.

Job Description

Schedule & Availability
* Start Time: 8:00 AM sharp (on-site at first job).
* Work Week: Requires full weekend availability (Friday – Sunday).
* Days Off: Two days off per week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform full-service installations of TV, phone, and internet systems.
* Communicate effectively with leadership, dispatch, and customers to convey real-time field updates.
* Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
* Conduct high-quality fiber uploads and signal testing.
Qualifications
* Experience: Spectrum experience is highly preferred.
