Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Install and troubleshoot internet, cable, and fiber services in homes and businesses
Run and test coax, fiber, and low-voltage cabling
Set up customer equipment (modems, routers, Wi-Fi, etc.)
Perform basic fiber splicing and cable management
Use hand tools, meters, and testers to verify signal and connectivity
Diagnose service issues on-site and complete repairs
Provide professional, friendly customer service at every job
Document work performed using company systems
What You Need:
Experience in cable installation, telecom, low-voltage, or related field preferred
Ability to use hand tools, ladders, testers, and meters
Basic understanding of networking (routers, Wi-Fi, Ethernet)
Ability to work outdoors, in attics, crawl spaces, and customer homes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
