Qualifications
Ability to coordinate and manage span replacement and pole transfers, from creating estimates, tracking, issuing work, verifying of W2 production and subcontractor billing, to closeout. Ability to work with the admin department to ensure timely invoice processing. Candidate must be computer savvy with XL, PDFs, Google Earth, as well as the ability to quickly learn company and customer data platforms.
Job Description
This position manages all aspects span replacements, aerial, underground and splicing.
Key duties of this role include creating labor estimates for our customer
Issuing work to crews
Receiving and reviewing all daily and weekly production documentation submitted by W2 and subcontractors
Approving all W2 work unit codes and W2 payroll time.
Producing PDF As-Built drawings
Tracking all work and updating company and customer tracking platforms
Providing status reports to senior management
Working closely with the customer planner and company admin team to ensure smooth invoicing and job closeout
Working closely with the warehouse staff to ensure proper material orders, consumption and inventory tracking
Working closely with Field supervisors, field techs and sub crews to ensure safety, accuracy and quality standards are maintained
Engagement with other company departments such as Safety, Fleet, HR, etc.
All other duties deemed necessary by senior management
