Qualifications
Project Coordinators must have verifiable experience in all aspect of Fiber and-or Coax construction methods and supervision.
Job Description
This position manages all aspects aerial and underground construction, and splicing.
Key duties of this role include;
Creating labor estimates for our customer
Issuing work to crews
Receiving and reviewing all daily and weekly production documentation submitted by W2 and subcontractors
Approving all W2 work unit codes and W2 payroll time.
Producing PDF As-Built drawings
Tracking all work and updating company and customer tracking platforms
Providing status reports to senior management
Working closely with the customer planner and company admin team to ensure smooth invoicing and job closeout
Working closely with the warehouse staff to ensure proper material orders, consumption and inventory tracking
Working closely with Field supervisors, field techs and sub crews to ensure safety, accuracy and quality standards are maintained
Engagement with other company departments such as Safety, Fleet, HR, etc.
All other duties deemed necessary by senior management
