Now Hiring: Directional Driller?Company: Ritchie Installation and Communications LLC?Location: Fort Wayne, IN and surrounding areas?Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience)?Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit
Ritchie Installation and Communications LLC is seeking an experienced Directional Driller to join our team in the Fort Wayne area. This position will primarily focus on road shots, driveway bores, and supporting drop burial crews with bore operations.
Key Responsibilities?• Perform directional drilling for road crossings and driveway bores?• Support drop burial crews with bore work?• Operate drilling equipment safely and efficiently?• Follow utility locates and project plans?• Maintain job site safety and compliance with company standards
Requirements?• Experience as a directional driller (telecom or utility preferred)?• Must be able to pass a drug test?• Must have a clean driving record?• Strong commitment to safety standards?• Reliable and able to work in varying weather conditions
Position Details?• W2 position only?• We are not looking for subcontractors?• All benefits available after 90 days?• Weekly direct deposit
