Job Description
We are actively seeking experienced fiber microtrenching subcontractor crews to support ongoing and upcoming fiber infrastructure projects throughout Southern California, including the installation of Hexatronic microduct systems.
Scope of Work Includes:
• Fiber microtrenching in asphalt, concrete, and landscaped surfaces
• Installation of Hexatronic microducts and associated conduit systems
• Placement and securing of microducts per manufacturer and project specifications
• Backfill, compaction, and surface restoration
• Working within public right-of-way and private property (HOA communities)
• Coordination with utility markings, traffic control, and municipal requirements
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience performing fiber microtrenching work
• Experience installing microduct systems (Hexatronic or equivalent preferred)
• Properly equipped crews (microtrenchers, saws, vac trucks, restoration tools)
• Knowledge of fiber conduit placement and bend radius standards
• Strong safety record and compliance with site safety requirements
• Licensed, insured, and able to work in Southern California jurisdictions
