Underground crews with experience building fiber to the home plant. Ability to read prints, follow directions, attention to detail, and the ability to perform good, clean work.

All necessary equipment for underground construction. Clean, presentable trucks, directional drills, missile equipment, excavators, vacs, and qualified personnel to safely and cleanly build fiber plant.

Open Country is starting a long term, 3 year, FTTH project in Western Washington. We have more than two million feet to complete in 2026 and are looking for additional crews to help us achieve our goal. This is standard residential fiber construction placing 1.25" duct(s), setting vaults, and restoration. There's miles to complete so we're needing crews that have the experience, knowledge, and drive that can produce footage for us everyday. Our work packages average 20,000' in size and need crews that can consistently handle that kind of volume.

We are very experienced in FTTH builds and know what crews need to be successful. We have management in place to ensure that you have materials, locates, and permitted maps in hand to keep your crews producing efficiently everyday. Most importantly, the unit rates are strong and we pay on time.
