Pay

Unit-based pay, weekly payouts on a Net-14 schedule. Full-time work available for qualified 1099 crews. Once NDA is fully executed pricing will be sent. Please include your companies full legal name, address, phone number and email to receive.

Qualifications

Experienced fiber drop crews only. Must have prior aerial or drop installation experience, ability to meet daily production goals, and strong documentation habits. Must carry required insurance (GL, Auto, Workers Comp). Full-time availability required.

Other Requirements

Contractor must provide truck, ladders, hand tools, PPE, and all equipment needed for aerial or buried drop work. Reliable transportation, clean work quality, and daily photo documentation required. Must submit insurance proof before contract release.

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Fiber Drop Contractor Crews (1099) for steady, full-time work in Virginia. If you know how to run a clean drop, stay productive, and turn in your documentation without hand-holding, you’ll stay busy. Expansion into additional markets will roll out through 2026.

Type of Work

Daily work includes:
• Aerial fiber drops
• Overlash related to drop placement
• Light pole transfers tied to drop work
• Buried drops where required
• Hardware installs, cleanup, and photo documentation

This is steady production work. If your crew shows up and performs, you’ll get all the work you can handle.

Pay Terms

• 1099 contract
• Unit-based pay
