Qualifications
We are seeking experienced Fiber Blower crews for an upcoming large-scale fiber deployment project starting January 5, 2026.
Other Requirements
All certifications must be current and valid - OSHA 10 (Construction) is mandatory - First Aid / CPR (hands-on) - Powered Industrial Truck / Forklift Certification (if operating equipment) - Excavation Competent Person Certification (if working in/around excavations) - Confined Space Certification (for applicable work) - ATSSA Flagger Certification (if performing traffic control) - Certification ratios and requirements will follow standard jobsite safety guidelines. Must have your own equipment.

This opportunity is ideal for crews with strong fiber handling experience who are safety-focused, reliable, and ready to work. Fiber Blowers will be responsible for placing fiber via blowing methods, assisting with conduit preparation, setup, and safe operation of equipment in accordance with project and safety standards.
PROJECT DETAILS:
• 864 ribbon comm OR 1152 Corning (depends on route)
• 1 1/4 inch conduit
• 25,000 Ft. reels
WHAT WE NEED:
• Proven experience with Fiber Blowing Operations
• Familiarity with Fiber handling, placement, and jobsite safety
• Reliable transportation and tools appropriate for fiber work
• Willingness to travel for project assignments
WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Organized project rollout
• Clear scope of work
• Ongoing opportunities for qualified crews
Note: Crews Must have their own tools and equipment. This is 1099 Independent Subcontractor work.
