Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Foreman located in Piedmont/Greenville, SC. The Field Foreman will oversee field operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and team members, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining accurate records of project progress. The Field Foreman will also assist in ensuring resources, materials, and equipment are available for team members at all times.
Qualifications
Bilingual a must
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively coordinate schedules and resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes
Problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve on-site challenges
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft office
Experience in coordinating fieldwork
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required, related certifications a plus
