PAY RATES (PER FOOT)
• Phoenix, AZ: $8.50
• Casa Grande, AZ: $8.50
• Prescott Valley, AZ: $9.50
HIRING DRILL CREWS – MAJOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS EXPANSION PROJECT
We are actively expanding a high-volume underground fiber installation project with 700,000+ feet already in progress.
Materials are stocked. Routes are marked. Work is ready.
We currently operate with 100+ active crews in multiple states with zero payment issues—our record speaks for itself.

Current Equipment Needs by Location

• JT40 or larger drill required

Position Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Vac trailer required (must expose utilities)
• COI + NDA mandatory
• Must have all tools, equipment, and crew
• Daily completed footage must include box installation & full restoration
• Payout: Net 15 after supervisor inspection
• Commitment to safety, high production, and quality work
