Must carry valid insurance (Liability & Workers' Comp). Must be legally registered as a subcontractor. Focus on safety, productivity, and adherence to project timelines.
Job Description
We are mobilizing for a large-scale continuous drilling project in the West Palm Beach area, South Florida and Kissimmee with an immediate start next week. We require multiple experienced Missile (Directional Drill) and Drill Crews to execute more than 60,000 linear feet of work with more coming. A significant portion of this project (20,000') consists of "clear ticket" work, allowing for rapid progress and efficiency.

Total Footage: ~60,000'
Clear Ticket Footage: ~20,000'
Status: Ready for immediate mobilization.
Independent Contractor: The contractor will be responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other business expenses.
Duration and Schedule: Varies based on project needs. Flexible schedule, but the contractor must meet agreed-upon deadlines and schedules with the client.
To be considered, your company must provide:
Valid Florida ROC License (or ability to obtain one) compatible with the type of work.
List of equipment specific to the proposal's scope (e.g., drill rigs — specify size/capacity —, splicing vans, trenchers).
Resumes and credentials of key personnel.
Minimum of 3 references from similar projects.
Safety manual and EMR (Experience Modification Rate) index.
All crew members must possess approved background checks.
Strict adherence to company and client safety standards (OSHA 10/30 mandatory).
Preference for using designated project management software for daily reports, time, and material tracking.
Ability to meet production and quality targets.
All work must pass quality control inspections (QC/QA).
