Job Description

We are seeking experienced Aerial Construction Crews for a long-term fiber build in the Albuquerque, NM area. Work begins December 1st and will continue for the next several years. This is steady, reliable work for qualified in-house or 1099 subcontractors.

Requirements
Fully equipped Aerial Construction Crews (Bucket truck, tools, ladders, and safety gear)
Experience with all aspects of aerial fiber construction, including, but not limited to, overlash, new build, pole transfers, and aerial to UG transitions.
Ability to read and follow prints, maintain production, and complete high-quality work. Your work will be QC’d.
Ability to submit accurate and timely redlines.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all onsite protocols.
Must comply with all local utility, NESC, and permitting standards. Permits are in hand.
Foreman must have solid leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
Insurance and W-9 required for all subcontractors.


Work Includes
This is a new build, mainline and MST fiber project.
Strand, lash, and overlash in the communications space (non-insulated trucks welcome)
Aerial fiber placement
Pole transfers as needed
Anchors, down guys, risers, bonding
Rear easement experience (rear easement price adder available)
Make-ready corrections as needed
Daily reporting and production tracking


Project Details
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico and surrounding areas
Start Date: December 1st (we have been on this project for over a year, but customer is now ready to ramp up for 2026)
Duration: Long-term, multi-year project with consistent workload
Market: Fiber OSP aerial construction
Schedule: Full-time


Compensation
Price sheet available after conversation and signed NDA
Weekly payments, net 30
Long-term consistent work for crews who perform well
