Qualifications
5+ years of telecommunications or utilities experience in directional drilling with at least 2+ years of FTTH supervision, the ability to read utility plans and contracts, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Other Requirements
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally, CDL preferred.
Job Description
In this role, you will lead and supervise internal field crews while planning, scheduling, and distributing daily work to keep FTTH projects on track. You will ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule, being actively engaged on site to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. The position also requires capturing field change orders, supporting accurate billing, and providing ongoing coaching and training to field staff to strengthen team performance. You will work closely with clients, municipalities, and internal teams to resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and keep projects moving smoothly, along with performing other duties as needed.
