Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Greenville, SC. The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include liaising with teams and stakeholders, maintaining project schedules, solving field-related challenges, ensuring compliance with protocols, and facilitating communication between on-site staff and Upper management as well as with our business partners.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contacts
Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills to address on-site challenges efficiently
Prior experience or demonstrated knowledge of field operations, logistics, and compliance regulations
Proficiency in relevant technology and software tools (e.g., project management systems, MS Office)
Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments
Experience in similar roles or relevant industries will be an asset
