Fiber Blowing Method ONLY. Proposals based on pulling will not be considered. Contractor must provide and utilize their own modern fiber blowing machines capable of handling standard microduct or fiber count cables.

Job Description

We have 75,000 linear feet of cleared and accessible infrastructure ready for immediate fiber installation. Your company will be responsible for providing the qualified crew, equipment, and expertise to execute the fiber blowing scope of work.

The selected subcontractor will be responsible for:

Mobilization: Providing all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the project scope.
Fiber Blowing: Exclusively utilizing the fiber blowing method to install fiber optic cable through the provided underground and aerial conduit infrastructure.
Quality & Safety: Executing all work in accordance with project specifications, industry standards (including OSHA), and all applicable safety protocols.
Project Management: Providing daily production reports, as-built documentation, and managing on-site crew activities.

Must be a registered business (LLC, S-Corp, etc.) able to work on a 1099/C2C basis.

Core Expertise: Proven track record and specialization in fiber blowing services for telecommunications projects.
Equipment: Must provide your own modern, well-maintained fiber blowing machines (e.g., Condux, Plumett) and all support vehicles/tools.
Crew: Must provide a fully qualified crew, including a certified Crew Lead.
Insurance: Must provide proof of General Liability Insurance, Workers' Compensation, and Auto Insurance with limits meeting our project requirements.
Licensing: Must be licensed to operate as a contractor in South Carolina (if applicable by local jurisdiction).
Project Terms


To be considered, your company must provide:
Valid South Carolina ROC License (or ability to obtain one) compatible with the type of work;
List of equipment specific to the proposal's scope;
Resumes and credentials of key personnel;
Minimum of 3 references from similar projects;
Safety manual and EMR (Experience Modification Rate) index.

All crew members must possess approved background checks.

Strict adherence to company and client safety standards (OSHA 10/30 mandatory).
Preference for using designated project management software for daily reports, time, and material tracking.
Ability to meet production and quality targets.
All work must pass quality control inspections (QC/QA).
