Qualifications
We are currently hiring Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) subcontractors for a major utility construction project in Big Sandy, Tennessee. Qualified firms must be certified under the Tennessee DBE program and experienced in one or more of the following service areas:

Scope of Work:
Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) – including long-distance boring (up to 500 ft) under highways and other critical infrastructure.
Water Service Line Replacement – installation of approximately 10,000 ft of main-to-home service lines.
Pipeline Construction – trenchless and traditional methods.
HDD Boring Services – for various utility applications.
HDPE Pipe Installation – including fusion and pullback.
Steel Pipeline Installation – for water or utility services.
Requirements:
Must be DBE-certified in Tennessee.
Proven experience in HDD, pipeline construction, and utility service line installation.
Ability to work in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
