Job Description
Compensation: Commission-based pay - Net 21
Type: Contract (1099) - Full-Time
Overview:
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Fiber & Coax Installation Technicians to join our dynamic team.
This position operates on a 1099 contractor basis with weekly payouts.
While experience is a plus, we are open to training candidates who are handy and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain fiber and coaxial systems in both residential and commercial environments.
Safely operate on ladders up to 28 feet high.
Deliver outstanding customer service during installations and repairs.
Adhere to safety standards and utilize appropriate protective gear.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management teams.
Qualifications:
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable work van or minivan (vehicle rentals are available).
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Own essential Coax and Fiber tools.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
