We are currently hiring Cable Technicians (1099) to support large-scale residential and commercial installations. This position is coax installs, focused on consistent new installations in high-demand service areas.

To be eligible, you must have:
A valid Social Security Number (and Work Authorization if required)
Driver’s License
Ability to pass a drug test and background check before training
Your own white truck or van (or rent one from us for $150/week, pickup in Chicago)
Full set of coax tools, ladder, and PPE
Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and self-discipline

Technicians must be able to climb and carry a 28-ft ladder, drill when necessary, work in attics, crawl spaces, and other hard-to-reach areas.
They should be prepared to handle difficult customer interactions, remain resilient under stressful situations,
and continuously learn, improve their skills, and grow as professionals while staying highly motivated.

This is a full-time 1099 contract position with weekly direct deposit, stable year-round work, and no per diem or housing. However, we do offer a referral bonus: $500-$1,000.
