Are you a driven and experienced HDD professional looking to take the lead on exciting underground utility projects in Phoenix? We’re hiring an HDD Supervisor/Project Manager to join our growing team!
?? Responsibilities:
White Lining: Ensure proper pre-marking for utility locates and work areas.
811 Coordination: Manage utility locates through 811, ensuring all lines are marked prior to excavation.
As-Built Documentation: Accurately record and submit detailed as-built drawings and project notes.
Coordinate with crews and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently.
Manage project timelines, materials, and equipment.
Communicate with clients, municipalities, and inspectors as needed.
Oversee field operations and ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
? Requirements:
Proven experience in HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) operations.
Strong understanding of 811 procedures, white lining, and utility locating.
Experience with reading and creating as-builts.
Ability to lead crews and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
