TriExum provides weekly production payments with no unnecessary factoring fees. Invoices submitted by Monday at 10:00 AM for the prior week’s completed work are processed for payment by Friday
Qualifications
UG crews will have a history of safe, efficient and quality performance. Ideal crews are equipped with Ditch Witch JT20, Vermeer 20x22 or smaller, and must operate with full competency. Missile crews are welcome, provided they have access to a drilling rig for larger crossings. All crews are to be equipped with tools and PPE. Must be able to read prints and have prior experience with Flexnap fiber. The ability to work in tight easements and residential zones without damage is essential
Other Requirements
Signed NDA, Proof of Insurance, Signed Subcontractor Agreement and must have a responsible English-speaking point of contact on site at all times.
Job Description
All work is performed in support of AT&T’s fiber build initiative. Each job requires direct burial of Flexnap fiber, installation of associated handholes, ground rods, and 1-1/2” duct for road crossings.
Strict adherence to quality standards is mandatory. Unless otherwise noted on project drawings, all cable and duct must be placed at a depth of 36”. Subcontractors are responsible for placing door hangers and signage within seven days of project start (first-job exemptions may apply for crews entering a new market). Spoil piles must be removed—spreading material in customer yards is not permitted.
Final restoration must return the site to its original condition. Subcontractors are also responsible for securing all required locate tickets and providing daily progress updates.
We have over 1 million feet across these markets ready to go and the load is growing daily. The 2026 plan is already starting to roll out and a high production crew has the opportunity to profit significantly due to the sheer volumes
