BICSI Certified, Min (2) years experience in structured cabling and fiber and low-voltage systems. Strong knowledge of Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, fiber optics and cable management best practices. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires a working knowledge of copper and fiber optic installation, splicing and testing.

Travel up to 50% of the time. Experience in leading and managing structured cabling installations including copper and fiber optic systems. Proficient in reading blueprints, floor plans and technical drawings to execute installations accurately.

We are seeking a highly skilled and BICSI-certified Data and Fiber Lead Technician / Field Manager to oversee structured cabling projects from start to finish. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that installations meet industry standards and client expectations. This position requires a working knowledge of copper and fiber optic installation, splicing and testing.
