1-3+ years of telecom, structured cabling, or fiber installation experience. Working knowledge of OSP and drop construction standards. Reliable, detail-oriented, and teachable with solid documentation skills. Valid DL; must pass background and drug screen.

Personal vehicle for on-site mobility. Tablet preferred (phone acceptable) with internet access for web-based QA system. Basic hand tools, light meter, and handhole hook preferred.

Broadstaff is hiring a QA/QC Inspector for a large residential fiber conversion project in the Laguna Woods, CA market. This position supports quality assurance for fiber-to-home upgrades, ensuring all work meets build standards, safety, etc.

Responsibilities:
Conduct field inspections (~80 % field / 20 % photo review).
Verify residential and drop fiber installations meet standards for labeling, bend radius, routing, and finish.
Use mobile/web-based QA tools to log results, track defects, and upload photo evidence.
Review fiber test results (light levels, OTDR when applicable) for compliance.
Provide QA signoffs supporting as-built and billing validation.
Communicate professionally with residents and crews; ensure safety compliance.

Details:
Monday-Friday schedule (40 hours/week)
Duration through 2026 (possible extension to 2027)
W2 employment with benefits eligibility
