• Lead daily field operations for fiber builds
• Manage supervisors, crews, and subcontractors
• Own budget, schedule, and productivity results
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance
• Maintain strong client communication and expectations
• Support splicing and close-out deliverables
What You Bring
• OSP fiber construction management experience
• Knowledge of HDD/plow and aerial standards
• Strong field leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage costs and track production
