Competitive piece-rate or per-project pay based on scope and experience.
Qualifications
Proven field experience in fiber optic construction and MDU work. Ability to read and interpret prints, schematics, and splice documentation. Strong knowledge of fiber color codes, connector types, and testing procedures. Prior experience working with regional ISPs or telecom infrastructure contractors. Familiarity with OTDR testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. Self-starter who can manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines.
Other Requirements
Must provide own tools and reliable transportation. Active liability insurance and W-9 required (1099 contractor status).
