Underground Directional Driller
We are currently seeking an experienced Underground Directional Driller to join our team. This role requires a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is safety-focused, and is willing to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
-Safely and efficiently operate directional drilling equipment to achieve high daily production volumes.
-Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
-Maintain a clean and organized job site each day.
-Operate safely at all times, following company and industry standards.
-Assist with manual labor when required, including shoveling and ground work.
-Provide guidance and training to new employees as they are hired.
-Travel extensively to project sites, often requiring extended periods away from home.
Requirements
-Proven experience as an Underground Directional Driller.
-Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to maintain equipment.
-Willingness to perform physical labor and work in outdoor environments.
-Safety-first mindset with knowledge of OSHA and industry safety standards.
-Ability to travel extensively and stay on projects for extended periods.
-Leadership skills and willingness to mentor/train new team members.
Preferred Qualifications
-CDL license is a plus.

Directional Drill Locator
Position Overview
We are also seeking a skilled HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) Locator to join our team. With multiple active markets across the Southeast and 100s of miles of projects to complete, this is an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals who are ready to take on consistent, long-term work. Extensive travel is required, as crews are deployed across a wide range of job sites.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately locating and marking underground utilities and structures to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations. The HDD Locator will work closely with project managers, drill operators, and other team members to facilitate successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
-Utilize advanced locating equipment to identify and mark underground utilities, including water, gas, and telecommunications lines.
-Collaborate with drilling crews to provide accurate and real-time guidance during drilling operations.
-Prepare detailed reports and documentation of locating activities and findings.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all field activities.
-Participate in pre-construction meetings to assess project requirements and challenges.
Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in HDD locating preferred.
-Proven experience in HDD locating or a related field.

We are seeking a Tie-In & Box Setting Crew to join our in-house operations team. This crew will be responsible for completing tie-ins behind drill and plow crews, properly sweeping pipe into boxes, setting HH, and restoring all disturbed areas.
Key Responsibilities
-Perform all tie-ins following drill and plow crew operations
-Sweep pipe into boxes and set HH correctly
-Restore disturbed ground/landscaping to project standards
-Safely and efficiently operate a mini excavator
-Work independently with minimal supervision
-Follow company safety procedures and project specifications
Requirements
-Experience in tie-ins, box setting, and utility restoration
-Ability to run a mini excavator
-Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
-Reliable transportation to and from job sites
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail

-Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

-Strong understanding of jobsite safety and equipment operation.
-Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
-CDL is a plus but not required.
