Job Description
We are currently seeking qualified construction companies capable of undertaking projects across the following disciplines: aerial construction, underground (UG) construction, coax splicing, and fiber splicing. The selected company must meet the following criteria:
*** Single focus discipline contractors are welcome for each category we are requesting - multiple disciplines are preferred ***
* Possession of an umbrella Certificate of Insurance (COI) with coverage limits of $5 million to $10 million.
* Ownership of, or the ability to procure, the necessary vehicles and equipment to perform all contract requirements.
* Ability to pass an I-9 audit, should our carrier customer require verification of employment eligibility.
* Demonstrated capacity to complete all assigned and awarded projects utilizing its own dedicated crew; sub-contractors are strictly not permitted.
* Provision of a current safety manual, construction-specific certifications, and valid industry-related certifications.
* Good standing with the IRS and all vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers involved in the procurement of equipment and materials.
* Adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing construction activities.
Additionally, the company must provide proof of compliance with safety standards, relevant licenses, and certifications pertinent to the scope of work outlined. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and project completion are essential.
