About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator / Project Coordinator to support our growing team. This person will play a key role in coordinating office operations, managing project details, and ensuring communication runs smoothly between the office and the field.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate daily operations between office staff and field employees.
-Call in locates and assist with job scheduling and project tracking.
-Maintain accurate employee time, attendance, and time-off records.
-Support project billing by assisting with the invoicing process.
-Manage documentation, project updates, and administrative tasks.
-Ensure deadlines and priorities are clearly communicated and met.
-Must be willing to work in-office and be available for team communication during business hours.

Qualifications:
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
-Familiarity with construction, utilities, or telecommunications industries preferred.
-Experience with scheduling, project coordination, or CRM systems is a plus.
-Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple moving parts efficiently.
