About the Role:
Are you ready to grow your career with a company that’s building something great? We’re looking for motivated Fiber Splicers who take pride in their work, value precision, and are eager to join a team that’s expanding rapidly.
You’ll perform fiber optic splicing and related work while supporting the team with key administrative and technical tasks. This includes:
-Completing splice matrices and assisting with daily operational duties.
-Using modern tools and software to track progress — experience with Monday.com or other CRM platforms is a plus.
-Traveling to job sites (travel is a required part of this position).
-Upholding safety, quality, and professionalism on every project.
