*Minimum 3 years of experience supervising telecom field crews ( Coaxial/ Fiber) *Strong leadership and communicationo skills *Previous experience with Cox, Comcast, Spectrum is a plus. * Ability to manage quality , safety and production metrics.

The Supervisor will manage installation crews, coordinate with dispatch and QC teams, and ensure high-quality work in compliance with customer and company standards.
