Fiber Optic Technician-Installer Wanted in Tucson, AZ!
Join our dynamic team in Tucson, AZ, as a Fiber Optic Technician-Installer! We’re looking for skilled professionals with expertise in fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) installations, fiber splicing, drop bury to demarc of home, and ONT installation and turn-up. Experience with air blown fiber is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform precise fiber optic installations for residential customers.
•Execute drop bury to demarc of home and ensure proper connections.
•Splice, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic cables for optimal performance.
•Install and activate Optical Network Terminals (ONTs).
•Maintain fiber optic systems to deliver high-quality service.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in FTTH installations, fiber splicing, and drop bury.
•Proficiency with ONT installation and turn-up processes.
•Experience with air blown fiber techniques (preferred but not required).
•Strong technical skills and keen attention to detail.
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in the Tucson, AZ area.
