We can Discuss W2 pay, or 1099 the you call, we are a local company with National Growth opportunities, looking for a Full Time splicing lead, we currently have a team of 4 young splicers that we are looking to grow with.
Qualifications
5 Years Minimum Splicing, Must be proficient in maps, and document reading, work closely with our pulling team and construction teams to keep up on dates and deadline. We have several customers.
Job Description
Real Quality Service LLC - is seeking a full time splicing lead to motivate and push a young team of inexperienced splicers. This person will have great people skills as you will be interacting with all of our customers as representation of our brand - which is QUALITY FIRST! We currently have 4 splicers. We also require the validity to handle all emergency outages for our customer. This is a big piece of our business.
This position can either be 1099 - or W2. Payrate to be discussed and co inside with experience.
We drill, and place our own fiber in the Denver and Colorado Springs area, so we continue to have work.
