Qualifications
As a cable installer you will be responsible for the completion of installation adhering to industry standards. Must be able to diagnose and trouble shoot issues with specialized testing equipment. Must be able to communicate well with customers to ensure excellent customer service.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as well as produce a valid drivers license.

In this role, you will be the face of Mill-Tel, ensuring our residential and commercial customers stay connected with the highest quality service.
The Role: What You'll Do
As a Cable Installer, you will be responsible for the full range of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks across our diverse portfolio.
• Installation & Setup: Install, connect, and configure coax cabling systems (with the potentially of fiber-optic) for internet, video, and phone services in customer homes and businesses.
• Field Operations: Run and route cabling through challenging environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and exterior structures, following all safety protocols and building codes.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional, professional, and friendly service while explaining new equipment operation and ensuring the customer is completely satisfied with the setup.
• Diagnosis & Repair: Use specialized testing equipment to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair signal issues, equipment malfunctions, and damaged lines quickly and efficiently.
• Equipment Management: Install and configure peripheral equipment such as modems, routers, and set-top boxes to ensure optimal network performance.
• Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary installation records, service reports, and time tracking documentation.
