Project Scope:
• Installation of 48-count backbone fiber
• Approximately 40,000 feet in length
• Deployment in rural area of Worcester County, Maryland
Construction Details:
• Conduit: New, empty conduit with pull string
• Traffic Impact: Typical shoulder closure for ~90% of project length
• Methodology: Fiber pulling operations with capstan wheels with minimal disruption to traffic and community
