Job Description
We are looking for skilled Coax Technicians to handle installs, upgrades, and trouble calls in high-demand residential and commercial areas. This is a full-time, 1099 contract position with steady work and competitive pay.
What You’ll Do:
Perform coax installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Educate customers on how to use installed services
Handle 5–7 jobs per day on average, depending on experience and seasonal demand
Work 6 days per week (Saturday or Sunday required)
Pay & Schedule:
Average weekly earnings: $1,300–$1,500
Pay is per job; more jobs = higher pay
Weekly pay with a 3-week hold: first paycheck arrives after completing 3 weeks, then weekly thereafter
Requirements:
Minimum hands-on coax experience preferred
Ability to climb and carry a 28-ft ladder
Comfortable drilling, working in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight areas
Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally
Motivated, resilient, and eager to continuously improve your skills
Must have valid Social Security Number, driver’s license, and be able to pass a background check and drug test
Tools & Equipment:
Full set of coax tools, ladder, and PPE required
