As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing all phases of utility construction for a variety of telecom projects. You pride yourself on doing the job right, striving to be the best, and embracing challenges head-on.
What You’ll Do
• Champion safety, quality work, and efficiency across all aspects of the job.
• Supervise a variety of project types, including:
o New Build
o BAU (Repair, Maintenance & Upgrades)
o Cable and Fiber Construction (current primary focus: Spectrum cable projects)
• Lead and mentor your team, helping them build skills and knowledge in telecom construction.
• Manage both aerial and underground utility construction projects.
• Drive your team to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service when working with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage the activities of multiple crews and job sites.
About You:
• Safety is a top priority in everything you do.
• You consistently deliver high-quality work.
• Supervisory experience in telecom construction.
• Background in cable work (coax, Spectrum, Charter, Comcast).
• Ability to manage fiber construction projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving field challenges.
• Hands-on knowledge: coax & fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn new tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 3 years); CDL preferred
Military veterans with MOS Codes such as 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, or 2591 are encouraged to apply, as their skills align well with this role.
