Pay
The project pays approximately $300 to $400 per day and crews can work 7 days per week.
Qualifications
Crew members need the ability to identify underground facilities with accuracy. People with locate, field engineer and underground construction will be considered.
Other Requirements
Crew members need a tablet based device with the ability to receive mobile data and the ability to use Mobile GPS based software based on ARC/GIS platforms. Training will be provided on the software.
Job Description
This walkout work involves documenting underground facilities in public easements and rights of way. This is walkout will validate information collected remotely and to add/delete/correct that information. This includes; Gas, Electric, Telecom-Phone/CATV/Fiber, Water meters, Irrigation valves, handholes, Sewer, Storm drain culverts, Bollards, Rail road markers, Vaults, Manholes, Mile markers and verify addresses where needed, Overhead drops where specified, Bridge attachments where specified. In addition, the location of gas and electric meters located on homes and businesses.
