Qualifications

Seeking a proactive, organized, and results-oriented candidate with 5+ years in general construction (3+ in a Fiber/OSP supervisory role), a strong knowledge of underground construction/de-construction, and proficiency with construction prints and as-builts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; the ability to manage multiple subcontractors; and strong computer skills. Prefer both Pegasus experience and a Construction Management degree.

Other Requirements

A valid Driver's License, a clean MVR, and a DOT Physical card (CDL preferred) are required; as is the ability to travel and pass a background check and drug screen. Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Portuguese) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Underground Construction Supervisor to support
our ongoing Telco construction project. The role will be pivotal in managing and overseeing
subcontractors, ensuring high-quality work is completed according to project
specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of wrecking/construction crews and
subcontractors.
• Issue work assignments, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project
specifications and safety standards.
• Ensure daily production reporting, including reviewing and/or compiling accurate field asbuilts
and associated Pegasus daily inputs and photos for billing.
• Maintain schedules and ensure adherence to project quality control.
• Utilize Pegasus software for documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to field teams.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, municipalities, and
vendors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and company procedures.
• Travel to various job sites to monitor project progress and resolve field issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing based on field data.
