### Lead Lineman Trainer - Aerial Construction

**Location:** Portland, OR
**Employment Type:** Full-time W2 (Permanent, no contract limits)
**Per Diem:** Available for first 30 days for out-of-town candidates; relocation to Portland expected within 30 days for long-term stability.

We're seeking a dedicated Lead Lineman Trainer to mentor new hires, foster a collaborative environment, and contribute to reliable, high-quality work. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Train greenfield employees in aerial construction techniques, including pole transfers, installations, and removals.
- Lead hands-on training in digger derrick operations and NESC (National Electrical Safety Standards) compliance.
- Ensure trainees complete accurate job paperwork and documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to execute daily tasks safely and efficiently.
- Utilize software for all project tracking, reporting, and electronics integration.

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of aerial lineman experience, with digger derrick expertise.
- Strong training/leadership skills in a team-oriented setting; must take direction well and value input from others (no lone wolves).
- Computer-savvy with electronics proficiency; must own an Apple iPhone.
- Physically fit for outdoor work in all weather; provide your own safety gear and hand tools.
- Valid Class A CDL, CPR/First Aid, OSHA, and relevant certifications preferred.
- Drug screen and background check required.
