Job Description

The Plow operator will be responsible for the daily installation of conduits, vaults, and pedestals. The ability to operate directional drills, mini excavators, backhoes, forklifts, and other types of equipment is a plus. A clean driving record is a requirement, and a CDL will pay you more $$$.
Quality assurance and safety must be overriding goals, along with the imperative demand to satisfy customer requirements.
Other Requirements:
An Understanding of Fiber Architecture
Ability to Read Design Prints and Maps
Pre-field Job Walkouts
Understanding of Plat Maps
Understanding of Utility Locates and the Excavation of Existing Utilities
Understanding of ALL UG Construction Materials, Methods, Tools and Equipment
Knowledge of the Following a Plus:
Quality Assurance
Permitting - ROW, Traffic Control
Safety Protocols
MODOT Regulations
Damage Mitigation
Admin – Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong Communications Skills
