Job Description
We are a growing fiber-to-the-home construction company in Carrolton, GA with years of steady work ahead. We’re looking for a reliable, skilled technician to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
Perform aerial fiber work using bucket trucks
Operate a small Vermeer vibratory plow for underground installation
Work on combo projects (aerial + underground) across the Carrollton area
Collaborate with a strong, supportive crew of good guys (and girls)
Optional: Fiber splicing (a plus, but we will train the right candidate)
Schedule & Work Environment:
5–6 days a week, starting at 7:00 AM
Long-term, steady projects – not just a short-term job
Professional, team-oriented environment
Requirements:
Bucket truck experience required
Small Vermeer vibratory plow experience strongly preferred (A+)
Must be clean-cut, strong, healthy, and dependable
Drug-free workplace
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (will be driving company pickup trucks and bucket trucks)
Must show up on time, every time – responsibility is key
