The Broadband Technician at DCOMM is responsible for installing and troubleshooting internet, television, and phone services on behalf of service providers. Our technicians work in residential homes and business environments, ensuring customers receive reliable and high-quality connections while maintaining a commitment to safety standards on every job. Using fiber optic, coax, and category cables, technicians rely on advanced tools and workforce management platforms to complete jobs efficiently and document their work accurately.
