Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and hardworking Underground Plow Operator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Safely and efficiently operate underground plowing equipment to achieve high daily production volumes.
• Perform daily maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on equipment.
• Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized each day.
• Ensure safe operations while meeting company and industry standards.
• Assist with manual labor when necessary, including shoveling and ground work.
• Provide guidance and training to new employees as they join the team.
• Travel extensively to various project sites, often requiring extended stays away from home.
Requirements
• Prior experience as an Underground Plow Operator (preferred).
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to maintain equipment.
• Willingness to perform physical labor and work in outdoor environments.
• Safety-first mindset with knowledge of OSHA and industry practices.
• Must be able to travel extensively and remain on projects for extended durations.
Preferred Qualifications
• CDL license is a plus.
• Experience with underground utilities (fiber, gas, power, water).
